What is Inside K-Drama?
INK (short for Inside K-Drama) provides fashion information of K-pop idols and actors, fashion information in Korean dramas, and helps customers around the world to purchase Korean products.
Why am I not receiving a response to my email?
If you write us an email and do not receive reply for more than 3 business days (weekend&holidays not included), your email may be sent to the spam folder or missing.
This is a rare situation. However, if you encounter this issue, we recommend that you check the spam folder in your email inbox or send us an email with your another email address.
What is Buying Agent Service?
We help customers around the world to purchase Korean products.
Products sold only on the Korean site are difficult to purchase due to language and payment issues.
Nevertheless, we will help customers who wish to purchase Korean products.
In addition to purchasing products registered on our site, we help you purchase products from other online shopping sites in Korea.

What is point?
Points are rewards for users who contribute in Inside K-Drama. You can use these points to level up, and each level offers useful benefits.
How can I earn points?

What is Credit?
When you make a purchase at INK, 1% of the total amount will be rewarded with ‘Credit’. Credits can be used as cash at the time of payment.
What is Level?
Levels are automatically awarded whenever a certain point balance is reached. The benefits by level are as follows. More benefits according to the level will be added in the future.
(The level will expire after one month and you will be downgraded to the previous level.)

How long does it take to receive an order?
We uses standard post office courier or advanced couriers (EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) according to the condition of destinations to provide door-to-door service.

Why is the delivery delayed?
Please kindly understand that orders may take 3-7 business days to process.
Also, for popular items, the preparation period may take longer. Sometimes, the lack of material can cause the delay of re-stock which may delay the delivery.
Shipment will begin when your items are ready, and you can check a tracking number on the Orders Page 1~2 days after the shipment starts.
Also, if you have not received the parcel after the specified period according to the shipping method from the date of receiving the tracking number, please contact the CS team (service@insidekdrama.com).

What if there are tariffs, taxes and shipping failures?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
The recipient is responsible for the international carriage imposed by the destination country, including customs duties and taxes.
If the recipient declines to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again, and the refund will deduct the round-trip shipping charges and duties.
INK is not responsible for packages returned for such reasons as an absence of recipient and customs. When it returns, we will send you an email about this situation.
Regardless of the shipping fee paid on order, additional shipping charges will be incurred.
Shipping cost varies from country to country, so we will guide you personally.
If there is no appropriate action for 3 weeks, we reserve the right to dispose of the shipment.
Paypal’s shipping address is different from my actual shipping address. What should I do?
INK ships to the shipping address that the customer registered on our website. We do not use the shipping address registered with PayPal.

We strive to provide our customers with the best service
Product purchased by buying request service cannot be refunded due to its process.
Refunds are not possible, but damage during shipping will be handled as follows.
INK subscribes to insurance for products purchased by buying agent service.
You are entitled to compensation in case of loss, theft or damage.
-Case when you are not eligible for compensation
1) In case the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged due to force majeure, such as fire or natural disaster
2) In case the relevant authorities confiscate or dispose of prohibited items, etc.
3) If the recipient has received the parcel without objection
Damaged or incorrect products
All damaged, defective or incorrect orders must be notified to us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Please kindly attach the photo of your order which clearly shows your concern.
